Discover the delightful infusion of flavours in our Edamame Rice. Add your rice, water, frozen edamame beans, and vegan oyster sauce, cook in "Rice" mode, and set aside before preparing dried shiitake, chopped bell pepper, and seasonings to add on top. Sprinkle chopped spring onion as a finishing touch.
Step 1 | Add 1 rice cup (180ml) of rice, 1 rice cup (180ml) of water, 1/2 a cup of frozen edamame beans, 1tbsp of vegan oyster sauce and 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper. |
Step 2 | Cook with "Rice" mode. |
Step 3 | Scoop out the rice for later use. |
Step 4 | Use "Browning" mode. Add 1/2 chopped bell pepper, 1 tbsp of rehydrated dried shitake mushroom, a dash of water, 1 tbsp of vegan oyster sauce and 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. Lastly add the removed rice in step 4. |
