Step 1 | Use "Browning" mode on the cooker. |
Step 2 | Add 1 tbsp oil, 1 diced onion, 1 diced carrot, 1/4 chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp salt, and a dash of water. the cover to cook for two mins. |
Step 3 | Add 1 1/2 cups of refrigerated overnight rice, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vegan oyster sauce and 1/4 cup of frozen peas. |
Step 4 | Remove the fried rice from the cooker for later use. |
Step 5 | Use "Browning" mode on the cooker. Add 100g firm tofu and 1/8 tsp of black salt. Add removed fried rice from step 4 back into the cooker. |
