Step 1 | Add and mix 1 tbsp of flax meal, 3 tbsp of water, 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 3 tbsp of vegetable oil into a cup. |
Step 2 | Add 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking powder into a bowl. |
Step 3 | Combine ingredients from Step 1 and Step 2. Mix and add 2 tbsp of oat milk, 1 cup of grated carrots, and 1/4 cup of raisins & chopped walnuts. |
Step 4 | Pour into a round cake baking pan and place a piece of baking paper on top. Place into cooker and use "Cake" mode |
Step 5 | Let it cool down completely. Add and mix 2 oz of vegan cream cheese spread, 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of extra-virgin coconut oil and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract into a bowl. |
