Ingredients

1/2 cup short-grain rice
1/4 cup quinoa
2/3 cup water
2 tbsp salsa or pasta sauce
1/4 tsp ground coriander
4 tbsp cooked chickpeas

For Stir-fry:
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 small carrot, julienned
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onion

Instructions
Step 1 Add 1 1/2 cup of short-grain rice, 1/4 cup of quinoa, 2/3 cup of water, 2 tbsp salsa, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp coriander, 4 tbsp of cooked chickpeas into the cooker.
Step 2 Cook with "Rice" mode.
Step 3 Remove from the cooker for later use. Set the cooker into "Browning" mode.
Step 4 Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped small carrot, 1 minced garlic glove into cooker.
VOILA! Add removed ingredients from Step 4 into cooker, add salt, pepper and serve!
