Step 1 | Add 1 1/2 cup of short-grain rice, 1/4 cup of quinoa, 2/3 cup of water, 2 tbsp salsa, 1 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp coriander, 4 tbsp of cooked chickpeas into the cooker. |
Step 2 | Cook with "Rice" mode. |
Step 3 | Remove from the cooker for later use. Set the cooker into "Browning" mode. |
Step 4 | Add 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped small carrot, 1 minced garlic glove into cooker. |
