Ingredients

1 rice cup (180ml) uncooked jasmine or basmati rice
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp coconut oil
1 shallot, diced
1 carrot, diced
1/4 cup frozen peas

Instructions
Step 1 Cook with "Browning" mode.
Step 2 Add 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 diced shallot, 1 diced carrot, 1 rice cup (180ml) of rice, 1/2 cup of water, 1/4 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 tsp of tumeric, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper and 1/4 cup of frozen peas.
Step 3 Cook with "Rice" mode.
